Founder and CEO
Michelle has over a decade of digital marketing and leadership experience – working both agency and brand side, including half a decade at Telstra before founding Foresight Digital. As CEO of Foresight, Michelle has dedicated her career to understanding consumer psychology and using her client-side background to create much more collaborative and transparent partnerships with clients.
Rahul is a commercially focused, data driven media and marketing strategist with 16 years experience across ASX100, Global 500 and NFP. At Foresight Rahul provides strategic guidance to C-suite and their teams across integrated marketing strategy, digital media planning, campaign optimisation, consumer insights and targeting. Additionally, Rahul is an Industry Mentor (RMIT), NFP Board Member (Out Doors Inc) and Executive MBA candidate (UNSW).
Head of Operations
Jason was the online marketing services manager at JB Hifi and web content manager at Roadrunner Records for over a decade before moving into the agency world for another decade, building and delivering digital search marketing offerings then leading web development teams. He has spent his entire 20+ year career merging marketing, digital and technical thinking before joining Foresight to lead project delivery. Jason has amazingly deep marketing and technical experience across both brand and agency worlds.
Director of Analytics
David worked brand side for over a decade – including 10 years at global events company Marcus Evans where he rose to Director of Digital, managing all digital channels. David leads all analytics at Foresight while also specialising in paid, organic, Linkedin and email marketing. David has a highly analytical mindset with the ability to process and forecast data along with a grounding of years of digital marketing experience.
Paid Digital Team Lead
Gaurav has over 8 years of digital marketing experience working with agencies, clients and publishers. He has led ad operations at Facebook, YouTube and managed global clients like Coca-Cola, Pepsico, Unilever, Amazon, Uber, Airbnb, Amazon, Nestle and others. As the Paid Digital Lead at Foresight, Gaurav works with clients on performance-focused campaigns translating business initiatives and marketing strategies into bottom-line results in sales, revenue and client growth.

Priyanka has over 6 years experience within the digital publishing and media industry. She has worked both in house and in agency environments to drive organic search initiatives from a technical, content and UX perspective. Priyanka has worked with a vast number of local publishers, as well as leading organic search strategies across a number of global brands, including Volvo, IKEA, Coca Cola, IBM and Dyson.
As SEO Lead, Priyanka helps clients understand the importance of, and the ever evolving nature of SEO. Uses specialist knowledge to help clients enhance discoverability and increase customer engagement onsite and offsite via owned media channels.
Laura holds a BSBA in marketing and business analytics with previous experiences working client-side as well as agency-side in both the US and Australia.
At Foresight, she ensures that client sites are SEO friendly and identifies opportunities for clients to grow in the digital space. With a passion for creativity and a love for technical problem solving, Laura delivers unique creative and data-driven SEO solutions for Foresight clients.
Senior Digital Strategist
Ziba is a digital strategist with a passion for developing content that exists at the intersection of data-driven insights and creative storytelling. With over 5 years of experience in SEO, copywriting and conversion optimization, Ziba loves to help brands scale in a fast-paced landscape.
Having both, in-house and agency exposure, Ziba has worked with startups, scale-ups, global brands, not-for-profits, and a variety of stakeholders to implement ROI-driven strategies.
Data and Analytics Specialist
Hayley has been in the digital analytics industry for 18 years, starting off client-side before moving into both agency and freelancing. She has worked across hundreds of clients, from SMB to enterprise, and enjoys helping people understand how their analytics work and give insight into hitting their business goals. Hayley focuses on strategy, implementation, troubleshooting, and reporting across all aspects of data and analytics.
Delivery and Operations Coordinator
Hannah presents with a wonderful hybrid of creative, technical, process and delivery competencies. Previous agency roles in Project Management and production saw her focused on web development and User Experience (UX), while positions at WorkSafe Victoria and Vice facilitated advancements in creative production, execution, editorial and data management. Hannah’s natural affinity for leadership is applied effectively through agency operations, as well as in client facing engagements.
